Alexandra Horobeț is Full Professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (BUES) and holds a PhD in International Business and Economics (since 2003). Since 2001, she is Professor in the Romanian-Canadian MBA Program of BUES, teaching Corporate Finance and International Finance. She is specialised in international investments, international finance, risk management and corporate finance. She is Doctoral Scientific Advisor since 2011 and participated in various research projects on topics related to international finance, risk management, higher education and regional development as team leader or member. She is author/co-author of books and chapters in books published in Romania and abroad by prestigious publishing houses and of more than 60 peer-reviewed articles in academic journals.
