Description of the event. Politics and diplomacy are fields where traditionally male experts play the most significant roles. The voices and the visions of female counterparts are less heard and seen. Based on their own experience, the keynote speakers – Anca Dragu, President of the Romanian Senate, and Oana Cristina Popa, Head of the European Union Delegation to Montenegro – discussed the impact of gender on building their careers. Their presentation was followed by questions and answers.
