Our mission

In Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, gender relations have changed significantly over the last 30 years, both for the better and for the worse. Although women make up more than 50% of the population of these societies and the graduation rate of the university studies is in favour of women, the gender differentiation in leadership and decision-making positions in the economy, politics and society has occurred overwhelmingly in males’ favour.
